About me

Maria Grundová (Grosu) is a talented actress and singer, renowned for her versatility and passion for the arts. With a flourishing career in theater and music, Maria has captivated audiences with her remarkable performances and distinctive voice. She has won numerous awards, including the "Best Actress Award" at the 2023 HOP Young Actor Gala, under the artistic direction of Răzvan Mazilu, and the "Special Jury Prize" presented by Ana Cebotari at the Bucharest National Musical Competition.
Maria has performed in numerous successful productions and collaborated with renowned artists, releasing songs that have captured listeners' hearts. Among her most notable collaborations are the concert-show "Declarație de drag" conceived by Adrian Păduraru and the song "Thinking About You" with Endless, a semifinalist at Eurovision 2018. Additionally, she was a finalist on X-Factor Romania with Trupa 69 in 2014.
Since 2019, Maria has been a trainer at the Dream & Act acting school for amateurs and has conducted acting workshops at the “Život je” festival in the Czech Republic.
Currently, Maria continues to perform on stage in various projects, embracing a vibrant theatrical and musical life filled with new challenges and achievements.
